"The room was OK fir the motel, lock felt wiggled and unsafe. Was a lot of noise on the stairs all night, so my dogs were barking. Some bums were sleeping in nearby bushes. Motel 6 does not charge for animals which was a deal breaker for me since we had 3 dogs"

"The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin."

"The location was perfect for our plans. The room is clean with all the amenities required and parking spaces were no problem. The host was able to inform us in checking in/out procedures etc. There is a binder inside the room for the basic info. We like the old house but we will probably reserve another room in that building on our next visit because on the last night we notice how dark it can get outside the door, I guess that's why it's called the "Hideaway"."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a systems issue that delayed our check-in, so they upgraded our room to a larger one. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location and very quiet."

"My husband found a flea on him. You might want to get it sprayed. We also had to buy fresh coffee and some toilet paper which I always stock in mine. No extras at all. It wouldve been nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom, especially with unlevel floors. Not real impressed. "
