    "We liked the location, but the room was so small we could not even open our luggage to change clothes. we had an early flight and had to leave at 6:30 AM and breakfast which we paid for was not ready when we woke to eat. the pictures show you areas of the hotel that you do not have access to and I would never stay there again when we go back next year."

    "Once I arrived, I was told there was a “problem” with my room and that I would be sent to another hotel. When I got to the other hotel (Hotel Eliseo), it was horrible and smelled terrible, so I refused to stay there. They then paid for a taxi to send me back to the original hotel — and somehow, my room had suddenly become available again! When I later tried to leave a review, I discovered I’m not the only person this has happened to. It seems they deliberately overbook rooms and move guests..."
