"we had trouble with the check in, because our initial apartment hadn't been cleaned. however, we were moved to another apartment and once we got in, the apartment was clean, except for the dust and paint from the earlier repairs. the cleaning crew was sent the next day. it was spacious, the amenities worked nicely. the staff was very communicative and helpful, when we lost power, it was back within 2 hours, even though the problem happened close to midnight. the location was a bit further from...

"Excellent area to travel public transportation (bus, trolley and metro), taxis, as well as nearby off street free parking and paid garage parking. I would suggest broom/dustpan and trash bags for longer stays since one light housekeeping of changing towels was all offered unless upcharge. Excellent and safe location!"
