"Nice, big rooms. Great hot breakfast foods that changed daily. Cordial staff. Really good coffee. Please note this hotel is located near the sports complex of Frisco, TX. Spent 5 nights to visit family. The walls are thin and when rooms are filled with kids equals not much peace and quiet. Front desk gave me earplugs."

"Great location, pretty good price and responsive host. The place was not cleaned well at all. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and silverware draw, dirty floors, really dirty entrance way outside, garbage left in garbage and areas in bathroom that presented as not being cleaned well. Smoke detector missing. It was nice having laundry detergent and dryer sheets. I definitely does not sleep 4, max 3 but even that would be real tight. Could use a real couch that goes into bed in living room. No where really yo sit. Could use more kitchen accessories. Again great location at a pretty good price."

"This house is spacious, clean, and beautiful. My family could not get over how comfortable the furniture and beds were, and it is CLEAN. We had one tiny issue that was no big deal and the host was super communicative and nice. We would definitely stay here again because it was so close to FC Dallas and Toyota Park.
