One of the major issues was the presentation of the food. It was served in hot warmers, which made it appear as if the food had been sitting there since breakfast began at 6 am. To improve the experience, they should consider offering omelets made to order and providing more toppings for waffles and other items."

Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up .
