Staff was welcoming and helpful- we received a free bottle of wine and upgrade upon check in. Parking was so easy and the garage was attached to the hotel making it very convenient. Note there is a $10 “service charge” at the garage in addition to the daily rate of $50\. Room was comfortable with a safe, fridge, work table, ironing board, and hair dryer. No coffee or clock in the room. Quiet and clean. Great location near the capital and a metro station. Would go back! It is convenient to Capital One arena but the price is too high. The room was clean and all just too small. Also it is very noisy on the street here. Thankfully the hotel provided earplugs or I would not have been able to sleep. The rooftop bar is nice with really nice views. Beeare that parking is .2 miles away and hardly any room to pull up out front to unload and reload. No valet parking either. All in all it wasnt a bad stay just overpriced for what you get. I much prefer the Kimpton Hotel.
