"Beautiful place and happy with the villa. The spa has super views and the beach was nice but the hill tram down to the beach was not working one day. Be prepared for a staff member who tries to sell you timeshare and was quite pushy about meeting up without being clear from the outset about what the meeting was for. It was very, very expensive to stay here so we had high expectations. But, my husband and I stayed in 10 hotels over the month that we travelled around Bali.....there were many hotels that were equally nice or even more super but nothing like as expensive as this one, so it was not good value for money in my opinion."

"I was looking for a property to host my guest for my upcoming birthday party. I had high hopes for the place because the pictures looked so good. Saddly, those were old photos. This was the most rundown property Ive ever seen. The food was subpar, the condition of the property was -30, and at checkout, when asked how the stay was. I was TRYING to tell her my experience, and she spoke over me say great, everything was good. I was shaking my head and saying no, but she just went on like I could have possible say anything positive. When the place was a dump!!! "

"recently stayed at Hideaway Residence in Bali and had such a beautiful experience. The place was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was very good — fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable throughout our stay. The house was spotless, and housekeeping made sure everything was cleaned daily, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. The apartment itself was stunning. The vanities, equipment, and all amenities were in excellent condition — everything worked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in maintaining the property. And the pool… absolutely exquisite. It was one of my favourite parts of the stay — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali."
