The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to being brand new and is very comfy. The bed and sofa, two things we think are hugely important, were extremely comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome. Outdoor space would be very enjoyable in good weather. House has everything you would need and the appliances are high quality items. Not a large house (2 bedrooms) but the living space is quite ample. Had a problem with using the tv remote which I found very annoying. If you are not familiar with a Samsung remote it may take you a while to work out how to adjust the sound and channel buttons. You need to push the buttons up or down to adjust.
