It has direct access to Ocean Beach, with just a few small steps over the sand dune to enjoy a family-friendly patrolled beach. You can enjoy the uninterrupted ocean views from the spacious open-plan living space, or the ocean-front outdoor deck, with a dining area and sun lounges. The house is split into 2 seperate self contained apartments (one upstairs and the other on the ground floor) as seperate listings. This downstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms, with the additional 2 bedrooms in the seperate cabin/garage conversion at the rear of the property. Beachfront on The Esplanade will comfortably sleep a total of 8 adults + 3 children, making it perfect for a few families or an extended family holiday. The open plan living and dining space opens out onto the huge outdoor deck, with a dining area, BBQ, and sun loungers with ocean views. You can enjoy the beach from the deck, without getting your feet sandy! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SPA IS NOT IN USE. PLEASE NOTE: THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE WIFI. Main House: Master - queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk, double + single bed Seperate cabin on the rear of the property: Bedroom 1 - queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 - double bed NB: Please note the room configuration in the cabin.
