Our visit was short, but we were made to feel that we were staying forever. There is no area that we can fault, except for the cost of transport from the airport. We were charged R250 from airport to you, the return trip was R150.00\. Big difference, but out of your hands. I was however slightly perturbed by the size of the rooms, they are very small. Only about 10 tissues put in the holder plus they were hard to get out. If you need to charge more for total internet access, then do so. This 350mb is cheap and makes you look cheap. Get some more menus in the Restaurant. Room overlooked a busy noisy road and the aircon was quite loud, but hotel moved us on the second night to a much quieter room overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard was a nice space but barely used or promoted. Good stay, a basic hotel which is located at a premium location, minutes away from Gateway Mall, all shopping and eating destination in uMlanga area. If you are here for work or a tourist who will be spending the day outside and come back to have nice food and get a good night sleep, then this hotel is the perfect place to stay.
