The staff were ready to assist when there was a power outage. It eas good to be offered the option of two rooms as well as additional cups and plates etc. Customer service was great, but the wifi was available intermittantly. Good for a short stay.

Nice place to stay

Jenny is very nice. The room is ready before arriving and we can check in if it's available before 2pm. We like its breakfast most. It's customized. You can order it. The room is clean.

I think people should be advised not to try and check in during loadshedding. Mobile networks fail and communication is impossible. The property needs to have a facelift in some of the rooms. It is however clean and welcoming. The staff especially Dineo are brilliant. Helpfull and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant stay at Baliridge

Our stay at Baliridge was pleasant. I was happy with the place overall. Next time I would however ask for a room with a balcony. Jenny is very friendly and helpful.
