Went to the room no remote for the tv, telephone was not working couldn't get hold of reception. I asked for a bottled water was brought a glass of tap water with ice and lemon couldn't drink it it had an awful taste. Booked for 2 but everything in the room was for single had to ask for extra towel. The passages had a funny musty smell. Early morning showing at 7.30am water trickling out of cold tap only hot water. The room was a lovely size. The king size bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean. All the facilities were in good order. The parking on site was very small and gets full quickly as it is on a 1st come basis. . We only parked on site 1 night. The rest of our stay, we parked on Florida Rd outside the front of the Hotel. The Hotel is in a good area. There was many restaurants to choose from. The Wi-Fi was not very strong. It was good value for money. It is in a prime location, close to many eateries, amenities and attractions in Durban.
