For shared use: garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Private: barbecue. In the house: internet access. Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access (3 km via unmade road). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Spedalicchio" 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Trasimeno 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The complex has another 1 house for rent. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Please keep the dog on a leash in all common areas.
