"⸻ My stay at Bayview was extremely frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I understand that Guam was hit by a typhoon and outages happen, but having no water and no power during my stay made it very difficult and uncomfortable. What made it worse was the lack of consistency—power would come on briefly and then go out again, making it hard to rest, charge devices, or even feel settled. Not having running water at times just isn’t acceptable when you’re paying for a hotel stay, regardless of the situation. I do appreciate that staff are likely dealing with a lot right now, but as a guest, basic necessities like water and electricity are expected, or at the very least, clearer communication and some form of accommodation or compensation should be offered. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel improves how they handle situations like this in the future."

"It took over 3 hours to checkin. They said the room wasn't ready due to typhoon. "

"I know that the facility is old. Given leeway for that, the facility needs a major overhaul with window repair and air conditioning issues. All of my curtains were soak due to leaky windows. The electricity went off, only for a thirty second duration, but the air conditioner went off with it. I didn't notice the air condition until it got really humid inside of the room. Other than those inconveniences, I can't really complain."

"I stayed here for a few days this time, though I’ve been to this hotel multiple times and I keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and have fantastic views, and the breakfast buffet has a huge variety of options. But my favorite thing is the infinity pool overlooking beautiful Tumon bay. "

"Wonderful building right on the beach. Excellent view. Room had really nice separate shower and tub. Definitely one of the better hotels in Guam."
