Stayed for 4 nights. Spacious rooms, great sunset views, overall very comfortable. The water park is great for small kids - the water park staff are good with kids. Buffet breakfast/lunch was good. Next time I would consider renting a car for the whole time as it is a bit far from restaurants and other things. Buses are time consuming and expensive for a family of 4 and not really worth the hassle, and taxis are really pricey-makes you hesitate to go many places. A car reserved in advance for the whole time would have made it perfect.

The hotel is shabby, from the carpets to bedding to towels. Everything is run-down. We ordered a roll-away bed for our daughter and was charged an extra $20 a night even though nothing was mentioned about it when we made the reservation. The bed sunk in the middle and was not worth 20 dollars. the wi-fi did not work well and was not powerful enough for Skype or facetime.

First of all, it was a very majestic place, even though it could use a bit of renovation, but I do imagine that it's hard to preserve such a large facility and keep it affordable. The staff was super friendly, and very professional. Makes one feel special. They tried their best to get me 'unlost' on the way from the airport. I was expecting abundant street signs but they are visible only after you get to the 'correct' street(basically useless).... The room was nice and large, but the bed was too short, and the room had wayyyyy too many ants. I mean what seemed like a whole colony of them!!! Next time I will request a can of ant spray to bring to the room with me, and hope that it was just that I got an 'anty' room this time. Sorry to say, the breakfast was not up to my standards(the same that I can get at any discount hotel in Japan), so I didn't take a chance on eating another meal there because I didn't go to Guam to be disappointed by food. Now the great thing is that the scenery is beautiful, and having a rent-a-car to get around when and where you want to is the BEST way!!! That's why I gave it a 4 overall(probably more like a 3.6)...... I would consider staying there again.
