The cozy apartment is located in the basement of a family house situated in a peaceful residential area near Umag, in the charming village of Križine. This delightful retreat is only 800 meters from the beautiful beaches of Sv. Ivan, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy relaxing days by the sea and under the sun. The house is located on the edge of the surrounding countryside, providing an ideal setting for a pleasant holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Welcome to our spacious basement apartment in a family house. The entrance is shared with the owner, but the apartment itself is completely separate. At the entrance, you will find a small table with chairs and doors leading to the different rooms. In the spacious living room/bedroom area, you will have at your disposal a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a Smart TV, a sofa bed for one person, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. From the dining area, you can access the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, as well as a hairdryer. We provide two towels per person and bed linen, along with free Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the house. The apartment is simply furnished and does not have air conditioning; however, thanks to its basement location, the temperature remains pleasantly cool. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay away from the crowds, yet close to the beaches and essential amenities.
The beach is 800 m away, while a grocery store, bars, and restaurants are located 1 km from the house.
*Pets are not allowed. *Smoking is permitted only outside, in front of the entrance in the driveway, and is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. *We kindly ask our guests to:
Respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially during nighttime and afternoon rest hours. Switch off the fan when leaving the accommodation for safety reasons. Use the apartment’s equipment and furnishings with care. Empty waste containers and wash any dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils used. Report any damage caused during the stay to the owner. After assessing the damage, the owner will request compensation in cash before departure. Inform the host of the expected departure time one day before check-out in order to arrange the return of the keys. Vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
