Our private 3 Bedroom Stone Villa, 10m Pool, Sea Views, Terraces & Garden

  • Casa Knauer.... Our Luxury fully air conditioned stone villa set in an idyllic village location with sea and sunset views. The house has two beautifully furnished bedrooms and a separate annexe with a mezzanine bedroom. Including new bunk beds & annexe sofa bed we can sleep a maximum of 6 adults & a few children. A brand new contemporary Italian kitchen & coffee machine. Outside there is a large terrace/entertaining area with barbeque and private 10m pool. Enjoy the enchanting sea views, sunset and countryside from the terrace off the master suite. The property boasts three modern well equipped shower rooms. This private stone house is located just 2 minutes drive from the sea with local amenities such as go-karting, Water park, professional tennis courts (Croatian ATP is held here every year) and Park Umag, which has been awarded one of the best in Europe less than 5 minutes away, water park... the list goes on.
    Best of all our local restaurant Ca'Nova (2 min walk)
    is fantastic... fresh fish, grill, pizza oven and even live music !
