"Overall I would recommend this hotel. We had an accessible room and it was lovely. The bed was soft which to me is comfortable but my husband prefers a firm mattress. The pillows were not comfortable for me, I found them too flimsy. The amenities in the room are very good and personally I found the housekeeping instructions very easy to follow and our room was cleaned whenever we requested it. The breakfast is delicious! Definitely worth the money however the seating space is small, meaning it’s very busy and sometimes you have to wait for a table to become free, not great when there’s a finite window for breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay."

"Lovely little boutique hotel in a great location. I was worried about noise (being directly opposite Ostbahnhof) but the sound proofing was very good and we hardly heard anything from outside despite it being Oktoberfest. As other reviews have noticed, having to go down stairs for a cup of tea can be a little inconvenient but the snack bar itself was generous and well stocked. Getting a cup of coffee in the morning while breakfast is on in the same area is possible but did feel awkward. I think having a little tea and coffee station on each floor would alleviate all these issues while still avoiding the fridge in each room problem (I have stayed in other hotels with the coffee station per floor thing and actually prefer that to in room as you have a better tea selection and don't have to wait or request a refill on the one type of tea you actually use). The rooms were all individually decorated and all the ones we saw while they were being cleaned we just as nice as ours. The staff were all lovely too. We will stay here again next time we're in Munich."
