I was incorrectly charged for the room despite having pre-paid through Expedia and the hotel is refusing to refund this incorrect charge. It seems there is a scam being run front of house so be very careful with what you are approving for 'incidentals' upon check in.

"Lovely location . Although we arrived late from Sydney on a wet evening the staff was very helpful . They organised in-house meal from the restaurant and were accomodating. Morning breakfast was yummy and lovely set up of the restaurant . Will be back in the summer !"
