Getting to the hotel from the airport is a challenge as the taxis have no meters. The fare should be around 30,000 Tingrik. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance to the main city square (10 minutes) Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room and the fridge is well stocked. The rooms are serviced each day and are kept very clean. A buffet breakfast is available with a wide range of foods to select from. The staff are friendly although I did experience some communication problems. Tourist trips can be arranged at the hotel which also has a shopping complex attached to it. There are many places in the city from which you can purchase cashmere products at fantastic prices. However, the hotel seems to be a black spot fro wifi and mobile phones. I could not access either whilst there.

Nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff speak English and were very helpful on every occasion. Breakfast is fantastic, including an omelet station and many other options. TV has several English channels, including HBO. Weaknesses are minor: elevators are small and noise from patrons of adjoining bars was heard one early a.m. I very rarely write reviews but would enthusiastically endorse this hotel.

Check in was quick and nice. we stayed suite for one night. hotel has pub, restaurant and coffee shop which was convenient. this hotel is still under construction. be aware of dust and other stuff if you are parking outside. they don't offer covered parking.

Amazing location in the beautiful countryside. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The gers are cute and very homely. Would definitely recommend the kayak trip too. The website said there was fast internet, but in fact there was no internet in the location at all, so would be good for the website to be updated.

Front desk was extremely helpful and we got a free upgrade
