Towels and bed linen are provided and an Aldi capsule machine is available for coffee in the kitchen. The spacious, south-facing terrace with a partial lake view is framed by palm trees, beautiful roses, lavender bushes and herbs for fresh cooking. The holiday apartment was painted with allergen-free organic wall paint and impresses with many beautiful details. You can feel good and relax here! We have two dogs ourselves, so the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for people with dog allergies. Our house is on a slope - a small footpath with a few stairs takes you up, so unfortunately it's not suitable for people with walking difficulties... Darauf wartete ich jedoch vergeblich. Auf Nachrichten und Nachfragen meinerseits wurde nicht geantwortet. Ich hatte keine genaue Adresse und wendete mich in der Früh des Anreisetages an den Betreiber der Ferienwohnung. Frau Vogler antwortete dann um neun Uhr, die Nachrichten seien in ihrem Spam Ordner gewesen. Das kann passieren, jedoch hätte Sie, wie vor angekündigt, einfach schon Tage zuvor auf mich zukommen sollen. Bei der Anreise entschuldigte Sie sich dafür. Das Geld sollte sofort bei Anreise gezahlt werden. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, jedoch lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettlaken waren nicht sauber, hatten teilweise Flecken, die Küchenausstattung ist bedürftig, die Tische waren nicht abgewischt und auch ein Wäscheständer war nicht vorhanden. Es gab eine Wäscheleine, jedoch konnte man die nur direkt über dem Esstisch spannen. Auch ließen sich die Fenster nicht abdunkeln, was mit Kindern etwas schwierig ist. Die weißen Vorhänge waren auch nicht groß genug für die vorhandenen Fenste. Die Familie wohnt direkt über der Wohnung, weshalb auch der Zugang zum Haus der gleiche ist. Informationen über den check out blieben bis 20 Minuten vor dem Check out aus. Die Informationen dazu sollte ich mir über die Internetseite holen. Trotz all dieser Dinge war Frau Vogler insgesamt bemüht und meist freundlich. Die Lage ist schön. Jedoch würde ich nicht noch einm ##### Alisa K.
