Villetta Giulia is the ideal choice for those who want to spend a vacation just steps away from the crystalline sea and the enchanting sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni. The property offers a charming veranda equipped with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea view.   
  
Inside, you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, a corridor leading to two bedrooms, one double room and one quadruple room with a double bed and bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a dining room with kitchenette.   
  
Every room is furnished with taste and painted with vibrant colors.   
  
In the back of the house, there is a small garden with an outdoor shower and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful outdoor weather   
  
Torre San Giovanni is a tourist destination located about 20 km south of Gallipoli, known for its white and fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. The area is ideal for spending holidays with family and friends.   
  
During the warm summer evenings, the seafront offers a wide range of events such as festivals, concerts, markets, and more, where you can taste the typical flavors and wines of Salento accompanied by music and folk dances.   
  
The area is rich in commercial establishments, bars, seaside restaurants, pizzerias, public services, emergency rooms and pharmacies, as well as small carousels and inflatables for children.   
  
The Marina of Torre San Giovanni also offers a wide range of activities such as international-level go-kart centers, soccer fields, horse riding facilities for beach and pine forest rides, fishing tourism, diving in the Salento seabeds, and boat rental in the port area.
