This modern and spacious holiday home offers the highest level of comfort and plenty of room for up to six people across 107 square metres of living space.
The light-filled living area features a cosy fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. You can wind down your holiday evenings on the comfortable sofa set. The ground floor features two terraces, one facing south and the other facing east. This allows you to spend time outdoors as you please, or enjoy the garden with its grill for social evenings.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. From the coffee maker and dishwasher to high-quality cooking utensils, everything you need is provided to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Four TVs throughout the house provide entertainment, whether in the living room or in the bedrooms. Free internet is, of course, available for your use.

Three stylishly furnished bedrooms invite you to dream and guarantee restful nights. Two bedrooms feature large double beds (each measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and blackout curtains. The bed in the third bedroom measures 1.40 m x 2.00 m and also features blackout curtains as well as ample storage space for your clothes. Thanks to the in-floor heating, a pleasant, cosy atmosphere awaits you in every room, no matter the season.

A highlight of the house is the furnished balcony on the upper floor. From both bedrooms, enjoy the stunning view of the Achterwasser and the idyllic surroundings, which invite you to relax and savour special moments. The entire house is equipped with exterior roller shades that can be lowered. The hardwood floors on the upper level complement the high-quality furnishings.

The bathrooms impress with their elegance and comfort: On the upper floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, radio, and makeup mirror; on the ground floor, there’s another bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both are modern and beautifully designed.

Everything is taken care of to ensure a worry-free start to your holiday: All beds are made, and plenty of towels are provided.
