Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps are just a short drive away, and local shopping, traditional Bavarian taverns, and exceptional restaurants are all nearby.

In Übersee, the longest natural swimming beach on Lake Chiemsee awaits you. Bicycle and hiking trails offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. An approximately 65-kilometer-long bike path circles Lake Chiemsee, winding past bays and reed beds through the villages surrounding the lake. Many attractions and recreational activities, such as Fraueninsel, Herren-Chiemsee Castle, a high ropes course, the Grassau golf course, the Chiemsee boat tours, the Ruhpolding amusement park, and much more, invite you to explore. As Bavaria’s largest lake, Chiemsee also offers sailboat rentals and yacht charters. Salzburg is 48 km away—Munich is approximately 96 km away—and both cities, in addition to their extensive cultural offerings, have airports and excellent train connections to us here in Übersee.

Our Harmony holiday home is located in the centre of Übersee, yet in a quiet setting! The holiday home features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 guest bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and a TV.
A well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle invites you to try your hand at cooking your own meals. Garden with seating and lounging areas, umbrellas, and a free grill available upon request
2 free private parking spaces, covered bike storage, and 1 garage (for a fee) are available to you.
Dogs are welcome upon request and for a fee
During the off-season, we also offer shorter stays at special rates: 3 days, Thu through Sun, 4 days Sun through Thu. For 7-day stays, check-in and check-out are possible on both Sundays and Thursdays!

This spacious 45 m² property features a living room with a fireplace, a separate dining room facing south, 1 bedroom (18 m²) with a French double bed (180 x 200 cm) offering views of the mountains and garden, 1 bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) bathed in morning sun, 1 bedroom (10 m²) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) that gets the evening sun. Additionally, there is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and modern sink, as well as 1 separate guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and enough dishes for 6 people! Barbecue facilities are also available. You can also look forward to a spacious terrace bathed in sunlight all day long, offering panoramic views of the mountains and garden. Up to 6 people can spend cosy evenings on a comfortable round sofa in front of the flat-screen TV with streaming services. Or, on cooler evenings, you can wind down in front of the crackling fireplace. Firewood and Wi-Fi are free! Upon request, an additional flat-screen TV with streaming services can be provided in each bedroom for a fee.
