The spacious patio and garden invite you to linger and enjoy the view of the mountains. The central yet quiet location is perfect for planned excursions as well as pure relaxation.
    The house and garden are available for your exclusive use. A carport for one car is provided; alternatively, you can park in front of the house.
    The wooden house offers 90 square metres of living space. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens onto the large east-south-facing terrace and the garden. There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm box-spring bed, and the other with two 90 cm x 200 cm solid wood single beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a separate guest bathroom.
    The wooden house is located in the picturesque village of Feldwies in Chiemgau, Bavaria. Lake Chiemsee is just a 4-minute drive or bike ride away. You can reach the lake on foot in just 10 minutes via a walking path. A bakery and a pub are only a 3-minute walk away.
    The surrounding natural landscape offers a wide range of opportunities for excursions and relaxation. The central location makes it easy to take day trips to Salzburg or Munich via the nearby A8 highway.
