The price is a good deal. It has good WiFi, clean rooms with comfortable beds. There are security cameras monitoring the hallways and rooms have a balcony. It is located down a very quiet soi which makes it very peaceful at night. There is a small shop across the street that sells snacks and drinks. Each room has a refrigerator and the shower has good hot water. The only down side is the water takes too long to drain after a shower. This is common in Thailand, but still very annoying. I had a quarter inch of water in the bathroom all night.
