My girlfriend and I stayed here after a visa run. The hotel is beautiful with an amazing rooftop pool and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were happy and friendly although they had limited English. The lady on reception was very welcoming with excellent English. Dinner was a bit of a let down as they served me the wrong dish and food took around 45 mins to arrive. They also did not have many items on the menu which was disappointing as we arrived half way through dinner service. We were also the only people in the restaraunt so these things shouldn't really happen. But in general the room was very quiet, clean and comfortable and a great place to stay to head to the airport the next morning. The breakfast buffet was great and free airport shuttle a welcome bonus. But, while the listing on Hotels.com says that the Deluxe room sleeps three people, you should note that they really mean two and that they will charge you an extra 500 baht per night if you want that third person in the room. This is not fair or reasonable. If it says the room will sleep three, then there should not logically be an extra charge for a third person. Obvious isn't it?
