Excellent family hotel for stays. The only issue is the monotony of food options I.e. vegetarian option only. Other than that a good place to stay

A Wonderful Family Stay at Wyndham Grand Udaipur We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Wyndham Grand Udaipur with our family. The hotel’s stunning location near Fateh Sagar Lake, peaceful views of the Aravalli hills, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and beautiful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Udaipur and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet and restaurants offered excellent vegetarian options, and the concierge and front office team were extremely helpful with our travel arrangements. Overall, Wyndham Grand Udaipur offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend it to families visiting Udaipur. We look forward to staying here again.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The property is beautiful, spacious, and set in a wonderful location. The pool, amenities, and overall food quality were excellent and made our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The staff was not very welcoming at check-in and seemed rushed, although most of the team was courteous and helpful throughout the rest of our stay. The biggest concern was the plumbing. Multiple showers, including the spa shower, flooded during use, and the toilet flushes did not work properly. For a property that’s only about 1.5 years old, these maintenance issues were unexpected and should be addressed. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential, but improvements in maintenance and a more consistently warm guest experience would make a significant difference.

For a property that’s only about 1.5 years old, these maintenance issues were unexpected and should be addressed. I would also like to mention that Ms. Khushboo from Guest Services could improve her approach to guest interactions. She appeared to assume that our request for nearby rooms was an attempt to obtain a complimentary upgrade. In reality, we simply wanted our family members to be accommodated closer together for convenience. Listening to guests before making assumptions would go a long way in improving the experience. Unfortunately, the property’s USP of personalized customer service did not match our experience. While many staff members were helpful, the overall guest service lacked warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism in key interactions. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential, but improvements in maintenance and more consistent, guest-focused service would make a significant difference

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand Udaipur! The property is immaculate and beautifully designed, giving you a truly royal experience from the moment you arrive. One of the biggest highlights was the all-vegetarian dining. For vegetarian food lovers, it’s nothing short of paradise. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered an incredible variety of delicious dishes—easily among the best buffet spreads we’ve experienced. The staff was exceptionally warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly father’s needs, making our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the evening cultural performances, which added a wonderful local touch to each day. The hotel’s location is another major advantage—it’s conveniently close to Udaipur’s main attractions, making it the perfect place to return after a day of sightseeing to relax and enjoy a leisurely, sumptuous dinner. We’re already looking forward to visiting again. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Wyndham Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, authentic, and memorable stay in Udaipur.

Amazing hotel but….

Fantastisk hotel, men personalet er alt for omklamrende. Det er lige fra man træder ind af døren til man spiser i restauranten. I restauranten står 3-4 mand og våger over dig, det er bestemt ikke nødvendigt for at gøre kunder tilpasse.
