A beautiful area and grounds. Check in people were kind, efficient and informative. We had a nice view. The suites maybe all different from one another due to different owners. Our suite was older and well used - definitely not worth the price we paid for it.

Lovely views looking out onto the water, scenery was lovely especially in the mornings with the sunrise. Apartment was clean and had good amenities. Lovely walks nearby and good local shops, especially Cedar and Salt 👍

The pictures for this property don't tell the whole story. While some units have been updated, most, including the one we stayed in, were very dated. Our bathroom could have been cleaner. The back of the door was very dirty with fingerprints. Walls were dirty with shower streak lines and unit smelled musty.

The view from our suite was wonderful! The unit was well equipped (except for a cookie sheet or pizza pan, which would have been nice). We like the location because we could easily do day trips and there was nice walking paths close by. Hope to be back one day.

The view was spectacular. We saw some sea lions from our room. The hot tub on the back porch was awesome to relax in after a day of hiking.

I did not get my free bottle of wine. Coffee and coffee maker were horrible! Nice quiet spot with lots of room. Clean and in a great location on the water.

My bed wasn’t the right size it was definitely not a king which I paid for also there was a barge loading logs till 1 am and I could barely sleep there was a high pitched noise and a really noisy tug boat

I just looked at the reason you were moved to a smaller bed. We had a lot of changes happen to a lot of stays and did our best to keep you in a signature collection room but did not check the bed size. Unfortunately we can not change anything happening in the harbour. We may be able to change the side of the resort next time if you choose to stay with us again! Otherwise, take care and thank you for choosing us this time!

The rooms are getting a little dated, especially the kitchen. Our dishwasher would not turn on, when we informed the reception, we were told “ya they can be a little finicky”……. No offer to send someone, no apology for the inconvenience.

The area is nice and quiet the suite I stayed in was new and renovated. There was lack of hooks to hang up things in the bathroom like towels and clothes. Parking was also a challenge at night when coming back my suit did not have an assigned parking spot. So I had to park far away a few times when coming back as it first come.

Great units... nice and spacious... has everything you need.. been staying here a few years now... a little dated and the beds are very hard but those are minor details... beautiful on the water.. lots of wildlife all around.. we will always come back

I did like the tub on the deck, cooking facilities, comfortable bed, warmth of the place, and coziness of it. The view was amazing. However, what didnt impress me was a huge cobweb right in the open between the kitchen and the hall. As well as major dust and old food under the hide-a-bed,hair in the tub, and dirt, mold and blood(pink in color) under the rim of the toilet. I believe the bathroom needs to be the cleanest part of a unit/hotel room. I also noticed nothing had been whiped behind on the counter top in the kitchen. Maybe im a little picky when it come to cleaning, as my parents owned a resort for 30 years, and i did house keeping in a hospital for years, i just think when a person pays that kind of money, it should be clean! Also, parking should be assigned to each room with numbered parking spots, as i have a terminal lung disease and their was no handycap parking anywhere that i could see. We had to park one building away as visitors took our parking spot. We did have a good weekend, and would probably stay again. I hope this helps them to check up on their house keeping sraffs work more often. Thanks again. Happy New Year!!!
