Additional Sleeping: Queen sofa bed in the living room.

Two full ensuite bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Each is stocked with fresh towels and Carina Organics shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap — locally made in Vancouver and gentle on sensitive skin. The other bathroom is a guest half bathroom, located off the entrance hallway.

LAUNDRY: In-suite washer and dryer are provided, stocked with unscented, ocean-safe Nellie’s Laundry Soap. A starter supply of laundry nuggets is included. No dryer sheets are used for environmental and skin-friendly reasons.
PETIQUETTE Pet-friendly (1 dog max). Owner is open to 2 dogs upon request. Cats are also welcome with prior approval. Dog towels, a small bed, and bowls are provided. Please ensure pets do not chase wildlife such as shorebirds and are not allowed on furniture. All pets must be well trained, and must be kenneled when left unattended to avoid damage. Further instructions are provided in the house guide. Pet fee is $50 per dog and $100 per cat, plus applicable taxes.
OUTDOORS: Step onto the spacious private patio and take in uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the sound of the waves. A propane BBQ is available for outdoor cooking.

GETTING AROUND UCLUELET & TOFINO: Getting around is part of the adventure! The scenic Multi-Use Path (MUP) runs through town and is perfect for walking, biking, jogging, or strolling.
PUBLIC TRANSIT: Hop on the West Coast Transit bus for easy travel between Tofino and Ucluelet (and stops along the West Coast). It runs seven days a week with frequent service—and you can find routes, maps, and the full schedule on BC Transit- West Coast.
Other easy options include: • Bike & e-bike rentals for cruising town and trails • Rideshare via the Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited drivers) • Pre-arranged private shuttles (Tiki Bus, Pacific Rim Navigators) for larger groups • Rental cars, including Budget and EVO (pre-arranged airport pickup)

⸻ BOOKING POLICIES: - Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax. - During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead. - Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas. - 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays - 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out for it to be applied - Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus GST if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. Both airbnb and the website state slightly different as they are pre set options; this policy takes precedence. - Direct Booking Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300 is held at check-in and released five business days after check-out, provided no damage occurs.
ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY: Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. For reservations with more than 4 guests, an additional fee of $25 per night, per extra guest applies. This helps cover increased utility usage, linens, and wear on the home.

Our crew stayed and got a much needed rest as we raced around Vancouver Island in a sailing race. The suite was well appointed and prepared and we enjoyed the sunset view for 2 nights. Will come again.
