We welcome you to Brook Lodge Farm: sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms, two with en suite, beautiful open plan sitting/dining/kitchen, cosy second reception room, family bathroom, enclosed lawned garden with views across the adjoining farmland, patio with two seating areas, and parking for up to 3 cars including EV charging,

Super-modern house stay

We spent four nights at Brook Lodge Farm. It’s a beautiful house in a superb location. It had everything we wanted for a short stay and was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

Great place for a family stay

Carolyn was an excellent host and her cottage was superb. Perfect for our family week away over Easter. The location is beautiful, nestled in a quiet part of the Sussex countryside, and a short walk by footpath to the village of Isfield. The cottage has all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay and it was a shame to leave. We were very lucky with the weather, which meant we could make full use of the luxurious hot tub, even enjoying lovely clear, star-filled evenings in the tub. We will be back!

Home from Home

We spent 2 weeks from Sydney visiting family in Carolyn’s wonderful eco home enjoying the English spring sunshine, lambs, morning walks and long evenings on the patio with a glass of wine. Hosted many lunches and suppers for family and friends who all loved the same relaxed house and surrounding countryside. A real home from home with an awesome host, thank you Carolyn!
