This hotel needs to change their listing.
The hotel is split into 2 sides. One is the Alam Sembuwuk Resort $30 - $40 USD per night. This is is on one side of the street. These are traditional hotel rooms and are NOT the Villas. Unfortunately they are not entirely polished. The doors have space for bugs to get in, the wood looks unfinished and they are doing a TON of construction in the back. This part of the property still needs some work.
The other side of the street are the Alam Puisi Villas $75 - $125 USD per night. These are really lovely villas. Everything & anything you could want out of a villa. I highly recommend these Villas.
The art & the owners "quotes" are all over the hotel. Charming, some are really interesting. The staff are lovely and will do anything and everything to make sure you are happy. They have free breakfast and a free shuttle that will take you to & from the hotel to the center of town.
I really liked staying at the Villas, but the hotel side was just ok. All in all, not a bad stay and close enough.
Three star resort and none of the rooms seem to have a great view except facing the tiny pool. It was built only few years ago but seems to have aged fast. It needs upgrading. The pool was not so clean and the food was pricy for the quality. Angel was very helpful but there was some communication problem on the phone, so it is better to book or talk with the reception in person. To Bali costs 400K by taxi and to Ubud 100K. Except for this rates for transportation it is worth coming here.

Lots of mix ups with the bookings ie. breakfast, massages; no towels in the room upon arrival, toilet paper wasn't replaced daily. Most staff were not as nice and welcoming as we had experienced at other hotels.
Stair cases were missing railings and very unsafe. Was not a comfortable stay.
Bel emplacement. Personnel très serviable. Piscine très jolie. Propreté pas tout à fait parfaite (mais largement mieux que dans beaucoup d'hôtels de Bali).
The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you enjoy your stay. The hotel is a bit far out of Ubud center however there are regular shuttles so you can easily explore the Ubud markets and grab dinner. There are rice fields surrounding the property and you can occasionally see the locals working in the fields from the pool. The free morning yoga was really good and a nice way to start the day. The breakfast (and lunch and dinner menu) could be better as there are limited options for vegetarians, however this was only a minor concern. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!!
