Me and doggo booked 3 nights here in mid May, due to the nature of having a dog it’s fair to say that you get used to life without fancy rooms and expensive furnishings and smart bathrooms….the Sidcot Arms was everything that we weren’t expecting. It was fancy and posh and modern and light and airy and new (literally only just renovated). The reception staff who greeted us (two young men) were the most friendly, polite and efficient you could ever wish for - a credit to your hotel.

Considered loop walk based in Litton, Somerset. Large car park at inn close to quaint village of Litton. Great welcome by Ben and George. Upgrade room and tour. Noticed thoughtful inclusion of easy access room and adjoining carer's room. Cosy inn outside and in. Chilled front patio and rear deck area by stream. Blankets supplied! Dinner and breakfast good. It was perfect. We had an early morning flight from Bristol and it was just around the corner. Self check in and out made everything really simple and the accomodation was perfect. Love my little touches throughout showing an extra special effort had been made. Great shower, which is really important to us.

A lovely stop over with our dog. Room was fine and bed comfy. Ensuite bathroom was also fine and clean. Food in the pub was good and fresh especially the breakfast. Dog given a sausage which he was very greatful for. A perfect stop over in a peaceful location

From the welcome to the little extras like fresh milk and home made jam, plus perfectly clean and comfortable, makes this place a little gem

Ideal overnight stop fpr Bristol airport. really comfy bed. Great service. Even told about twilight bag drop at the airport to save hasstle in morning, which we had actually just done!

Lovely clean room with four poster bed, great breakfast to set you up for the day. Friendly staff & not forgetting snowball the resident cat who sits on the reception desk waiting to greet you. The patio garden opposite is a fantastic place to sit at the end of the day with a drink looking across to a floodlit Wells Cathederal. Hotel is situated just around the corner from the market place. Ample parking at the rear of the hotel.

Hotel room was stylish and clean and lovely shower. Pub is very close to the airport and is a perfect stay before or after a flight (about 10-15 mins drive to airport). The staff were very friendly and helpful and they prepared us a takeaway continental breakfast as we had an early flight.

Fantastic clean room, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Evening meal was great and so was the breakfast, loads of choice. Lovely friendly staff.

Property was easy to find, included parking and I had a lovely welcome by David, the host. Exactly what I was looking for and all I required, a bed with breakfast, which was superb by the way. I had a full English. Everything was spotlessly clean, towels supplied, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Was a pleasant walk into Glastonbury. I will definitely book again when I next want to stay in Glastonbury.

Clean, modernised hotel with very friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay they again if in the area.

This is my go to, for my long trips from Cornwall. It offers a break, where for a reasonable price i get a large warm quiet room with a lovely shower. There are pubs close by if you don't fancy eating at the service station and cheap petrol too. Probably not suitable for people with mobility problems as the showers are over the baths.

Great hotel for an over night stop off right next to the m5 however no road noise and plenty grass and gardens for the dogs too highly recommend food was excellent too and the dogs had breakfast with us
