Tive um experiência horrível ,o check in foi péssimo, ficamos 1 hora pra fora , com criança de colo , cansados querendo ir ao banheiro , foi desumano . A Síndica super mal educada , inconveniente e insuportável, veio nos chamar atenção pq as crianças pularam na piscina , sendo que era só ela ter falado com educação que iríamos tomar as providências, depois ela ficava intimidando as crianças e falando sobre o episódio da piscina na frente dos outros , sendo que eles estavam comportados , sobre o ap , móveis bonito, com churrasqueira e uma mesa na varanda ,mas o ap cheira mofo, os colchões sem capa , pelo valor pago esperava muito mais . A única coisa que salva era as piscina e sala de jogos . Praia ao uns mais ou menos 3 quarteirões e meio de distância , que não acho um problema.

A acomodação não é tão ruim, não tinha nada quebrado, mas chegamos cansados de 8 horas de viagem e o apartamento não estava limpo, e não tinha produtos de limpeza, nem mesmo um detergente pra poder fazer uma limpeza. Não tinha sacos de lixo e a comunicação foi bem ruim. A vista do apartamento é para uma construção, logo cedo bate estaca. No anúncio disse que haveriam toalhas de banho, não havia. A localização é ruim, rua estreita, ruas laterais esburacadas. Vaga na garagem ruim, principalmente pra um Corolla que é comprido. Não voltarei. Ainda bem que não paguei taxa de limpeza, que com certeza eu iria contestar com fotos mostrando a sujeira do apê, até respingo de urina na tampa do vaso sanitário. Foi frustrante. E mais uma coisa: um complexo com alguns prédios e vários apartamentos, um único elevador por prédio, minúsculo e sem ventilação.

Estadia foi confortável, condomínio bem localizado, limpo, com portaria, piscina e academia. Local seguro. Apartamento q ficamos é completo, geladeira nova, mesa de madeira um charme, churrasqueira e ar. Nãa havia lavadora de roupas, sendo q estava na descrição. Liquidificador estava quebrado, com base diferente do copo e não conseguimis usá-lo. Colchões desconfortáveis e com odor de urina ( precisam ser substituídos com urgência). No mais, td ok e valw muito a pena. Recomendo.
