Chalé muito bom, bem arejado e localizado, dá pra ir a pé a praia da enseada,tem mercados e restaurantes pertinho, senhor Cezar muito atencioso e solícito, lugar tranquilo e seguro.

Ótima casa, ótima localização

A casa é muito confortável, exatamente como mostra o anúncio. Simples, mas muito boa. A localização é ótima, pois tem fácil acesso à praia da Enseada e a outras muito próximas, que podem ser visitadas a pé. Tem também toda a estrutura de mercados e comércios muito próxima, o que facilita o dia-a-dia. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Sr. Cesar e Leni atenciosos, e muito receptivos. Imóvel muito bem conservado, com ótima localização, próximo a praia, com diversos comércios ao redor. Arejado e aconchegante, perfeito para passar dias confortáveis para amantes das praias de Ubatuba.

O chalé é muito bom , aconchegante , tem todos os utensílios necessários , um quintal grande , um ambiente bem familiar .È tudo bem organizado e limpinho . O dono do chalé o Sr. Luis Cesar e sua esposa são muito atenciosos e receptivos . Bom para quem tem criança . Recomendo.

passeio em familia

esta casa da dona leni e o sr cesar é muito aconchegante e pratica, tudo q precisamos para um fim de semana na praia tem, chuveiro bom, cama boa ,fogão bom, são muito atenciosos, chale bem ventilado,eu e minha familia adoramos e bem pertinho da praia q por sinal maravilhosa, indico a todos que querem um final de semana sem estress, sossego total, voltaremos se deus quiser!!!

Recomendo o chalé! Ficamos no chalé superior, tudo funciona,é limpo,bem ventilado e organizado.Pudemos aproveitar bastante os dias em Ubatuba.Pra quem não conhece muito bem a cidade, próximo ao chalé existem vários supermercados, restaurantes e pizzarias. A praia fica bem próxima e é ideal pra quem tem crianças pequenas,ou pessoas de idade, pois não tem ondas e é muito calma e limpa. Ao proprietário deixo a dica de colocar um pedestal no quintal com frutas e sementes para os pássaros da região porque pudemos avistar lindas aves como saíras 7 cores, tiê sangue entre outras. Pra quem curte natureza, esse é o lugar.

BRINCAMOS NAS PEDRAS, PEGAMOS CONCHINHAS ( FECHADAS E FOI PARA A PANELA , COMEMOS COM LIMÃO). ANDAMOS DE CAIAQUE (A ENSEADA É MUITO BOA PARA CAIAQUE), TEM PASSEIO DE ESCUNA, LANCHA, TUDO BEM ORGANIZADO. ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO. Minha família e eu gostamos muito do imóvel, por ser bem arejado, seguro, organizado, ter localização bem próxima à praia (sem ter que atravessar a pista) e por ser próximo ao comércio local. Ficamos muito satisfeitos.
