Super recomendo esse apartamento

Apartamento ótimo, tem tudo que vc precisa, super completo. Nas fotos não parece tanto, mas é super espaçoso , tem todos utencilios domésticos, muito bom mesmo, além de ser bem localizado perto de tudo e da praia também, que aliás pra mim a Tenório é a melhor praia de Ubatuba. O sr. Raymundo é muito atencioso, tira todas suas duvidas . O prédio em si é muito limpinho, bem cuidado pelo zelador Adeilson. Voltarei sempre.

Muito Satisfeita!!!

Eu e minha família ficamos muito satisfeitos com o imóvel, tudo muito limpo e organizado, exatamente como é descrito no site. Ótima localização, bem próximo do comércio, dá para ir a pé à praia do Tenório, que na minha opinião é uma das melhores de Ubatuba. O proprietário muito gentil, atencioso e honesto!! E também fomos bem recebidos pelo zelador. Recomendo e pretendo voltar outras vezes.

Muito bom apartamento! ótima localização, perto de supermercados, padarias, restaurantes e lojas. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Contém todos os utensilios necessários, inclusive máquina de lavar roupas, ferro elétrico e microondas. O proprietario Sr Raymundo é muito gentil, educado e muito atencioso. Recomendo muito.

É a segunda vez que vou. É um ótimo apartamento, com todos os utensílios necessários. Tem máquina de lavar roupa, ferro elétrico, forno microondas. É bem próximo à praia do Tenório e Praia Grande (possível ir a pé).Próximo à rua do comércio, com supermercados, padarias, restaurantes e lojas e; também é possivel ir a pé. O proprietário Sr. Raymundo é gente muito boa, simpático, atencioso e muito gentil. Recomendo muito!

Manifestamos publicamente nossa satisfação pela hospedagem oferecida pelo proprietário do imóvel em questão. O Sr. Raymundo foi atencioso e honesto com as informações fornecidas, de maneira que não tivemos surpresas desagradáveis. Hospedamo-nos em casal, e o apartamento atendeu-nos tanto em tamanho como em suas instalações. Positivamente merecem destaque a limpeza do local, a disponibilidade de equipamentos domésticos (há ventiladores de teto nos cômodos e uma máquina de lavar, dentre outros), garagem para um carro e a proximidade com a praia (íamos a pé para a do Tenório). Não consideramos que há pontos negativos - apenas observamos que a garagem é descoberta em detrimento de outras vagas serem cobertas no mesmo prédio (questão arquitetônica). Merece menção também o atencioso zelador do apartamento, Sr. Adeilson, com seu pronto-atendimento. Agradecemos ao Sr. Raymundo pela estadia, e esperamos contar com sua hospitalidade novamente! Abraço!
