We paid extra to stay in the Hilton Garden Inn. From the beginning, we were charged $3.00 to park. Two bottles of water were in the room, but they were $3/ bottle too. We didn't get coffee in the lobby in fear of paying for that too. The staff was friendly, although I never saw housekeeping to refresh towels and get more coffee for the room. I'm sure we could've went to the lobby and gotten more. The rooms were clean. There was a light just outside our window that made it hard to sleep and the shade was not functional, so we couldn't lower it all the way, nor pull the curtains to block out the light. I normally leave good reviews. I guess you don't expect to pay for things that are generally free at other hotels. Especially when you paid more to stay in an expensive hotel.

We liked the location. It was quiet. The staff was it welcoming. The breakfast was probably very good, but we would prefer a complimentary option. We did not use the hot tub. There was not a comfortable chair for my husband to set in and put his feet up. We would not stay here again.

Pool was super cloudy, check in was awful, beds were SO hard and the lobby is the nicest area, room was a little funky. I had my confirmation information but due to a system error employee couldn’t find my booking. Not helpful in resolving the error issue. Expedia employee WAS helpful.

Room said 2 Queen beds but felt more like full size beds. 2 adults and 2 kids on reservation but only had 3 towels in the room at time of check in . Both beds had 2x4’s under the beds on floor like the room was not ready. Indoor pool had big cracks in ceiling . Not pleased at all will mot stay there again!!!!!
