The Blue Dolphin charming beach cottage..
• Short walk (300 steps) to Atlantic ocean.
• Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms plus sleep sofa in living room.
• Two full baths. ( first bath tub/shower , second bath shower)
• Off street parking for 2 cars.
• The cottage is dog friendly for dog under 35 pounds. Ask owner..
• Two shaded porches provide great outdoor space with picnic table .
• Central Heat and Air
• Fully equipped kitchen:(refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave ), plus blender, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, pots, pans, toaster .
• Bedroom #1 has a king bed and Roku Television.
• Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed with smart tv.
• Sleeping room 3 has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers.. Smart T V. . With work area.
• Other features include a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, WIFI high speed internet, 55-inch flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. Master bedroom has Roku TV and local channels. 2nd Bedroom smart T. V. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided. . The cottage is next door to a second story unit with no shared walls. It is 2 blocks from 5 restaurants, and 1/2 block from Memorial Park with an updated fenced kids playground, sand volleyball and tennis courts, pavilions with picnic tables and grills. We abide by virus deterrent cleaning protocols using disinfectant and washing in hot water. Enjoy yourself and get on "Tybee time" .

This has now become our fav place to vacation. Having the perfect VRBO to stay on was the cherry on top. The location was perfect . The rooms were spacious & we just felt so at home. Will def stay again!

Lovely location, peculiar kitchen set-up, not very good water flow from bathroom faucet, yard was a little lacking for “pet friendly”. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet and nice for (dog) walking and the accommodations were comfortable. Thank you for allowing me to bring my dog!

The property was clean and check in very easy. Only thing I can say was unique about the property is the levelness of the floors and walls. They are not level in most rooms so it makes you feel kind of off balance when walking around. Overall it’s a cute beach cottage in a great area!

Cute Beach Cottage

We spent three weeks at Blue Dolphin, and were very pleased with the house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is also convenient to many restaurants and to the beach. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend Blue Dolphin to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on Tybee Island.

Perfect location

My family of 5 and our dog had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a brewery, a pizza place, and gift shops, but off of a main road. Small grocery store is about a mile away. The marine center on the beach is worth the visit :) Overall great stay!

Spring Break trip

Great location and perfect size for my husband and I and our two college aged sons. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a short drive into the city. The house had everything we needed for our Spring Break week!

Lovely stay

My son and I stayed at the Blue Dolphin house while attending weekend wedding festivities with family. We had planned on a larger group but the hurricane and other circumstances changed who was able to travel. I let Patty know and she was responsive and kind regarding our change in circumstance. The cottage was perfect! It had everything we needed for a stress free stay. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others. Thank you Ed and Patty for a lovely place to stay on Tybee Island!

Everything we needed

Quaint cottage. Comfortable beds. Close the beach. Quiet neighborhood. It was so hot in Tybee for our stay, and the AC did not disappoint. Great stay.

Lovely stay

The house's interior was cute with just the amount of space we needed--3 bedrooms, dining and living room, kitchen and laundry room The location was walking distance to the beach. We went sightseeing on the island and into Savannah several times. We appreciate the owner permitted our small dog to accompany us. Thank you.

Great Spot

Immaculately clean, well equipped rental. It’s located in a great part of town and has a super short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay in again if visiting Tybee. Side notes: the entrance to the bathroom is tight and there are steps (level changes) inside the property. Not an issue for us, but if you have mobility concerns you should not stay here.

Great location

Girls weekend this October and we wanted to be by the beach. This cottage was steps away! Just perfect. Three bedrooms was perfect for the ladies on the trip. The kitchen is small but has what you need. There are a lot of restaurants near by. The house was cozy, cute, and very clean. The bathroom is small, but the rooms are set up with a dresser and mirrors, so the ladies did just fine. We really loved the different area rugs and the cute table where we sat and talked late into the night. The hosts were easy to work with and helpful. A great stay steps from the beach.
