We will provide refunds or credits outside of our cancellation window only when the island is closed to short term vacation rentals. Located at 1202 6th Ave. Stunning home completed in March, 2018!

The home features unmatched outdoor living areas that include a pool, dining, TV, seating, games and more! Beautifully designed/decorated interior spaces, and views of the Tybee marshland that are a must see.

The ground floor has an outdoor living area with a ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, corn hole boards, outdoor jenga, large 8 person dining table, gas grill, 50 inch cable TV with seating area, extra fridge for additional food/drinks, outdoor shower to wash off after the beach, and of course a private pool that includes a 3.5 foot by 10 foot shallow ledge for little ones to splash around! (Pool can be heated upon request. See below for details.)

**please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. The cost is $40 per night and takes 12-24 hours to reach optimum temperature**

**please note when temperatures are below 50 degrees the pool may not hold a heated temperature. Please contact the owner for more information.

The main floor consists of the living and dining area with a custom dining table with seating for 8, full kitchen with counter seating for 3, laundry room with storage, half bath off main living area, and master bedroom with king bed. Enjoy the large en suite bathroom with double marble vanity, large marble shower, stand alone soaker tub, and large master closet.

The main level also boasts a wrap around screened porch that provides expansive views of the marsh, twin swing bed, hammocks, and an 8 person outdoor dining table.

The third floor features three queen bedrooms and two full baths. Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combination, and are connected to two of the three queen rooms providing two upstairs en suites. These two queen rooms also have a large comfortable chair with marsh views that contain a pull out twin bed. All three queen rooms have wall-mounted cable televisions.

Time to Coast is within walking distance of both the south and back river beaches, downtown Tybee, AJs, Stingrays, and three blocks from the only grocery store on the island!

Great rental :)

Location was great and enjoyed the screened in porch with the marsh view. Kitchen was well equipped and nice to have access to grill. The pool was amazing and definitely going to rent this house again.

Best House on Tybee

This has got to be the best vacation rental on Tybee. Beautiful sweeping view of the bay / marsh from all the room. Wide screened in porch for lounging. Every room was well done. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - grandparents, adults, and teen grandkids. Our teens were able to grab the many bikes provided and bike around town or to the beach on their own. Very walkable area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Amazing Stay on Tybee

We had a great stay here-it was decorated beautifully and was very peaceful. We loved the screened in porch and the hammocks and spent a lot of time reading out there and enjoying the view. Awesome Family Stay

This property was spectacular for our family vacation. Lots to do for both kids and adults! There were a couple of issues while staying at the property but Leslie was extremely quick to respond and correct them all. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We had the best time at this location! Super close to the beach, tons of games, lots of seats for a large family or group of friends. We had everything we needed and then some. I have this down on my list so we can stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

Great location!

What a great place! The location is amazing, the breezes off the marsh keep the temps down and some of the best beaches and entertainment/restaurants are all within walking distance. If you don’t feel like getting out, enjoy a private pool in a very private space and plenty of games to keep everyone busy.

Amazing home!

My family of 6 stayed this past week. 4 adults and two 16 yr old boys. The house was totally amazing and was the best place to stay! Peaceful and relaxing yet so close to the main strip and a short walk to the south beach. The boys rode the bikes every day to downtown(perfectly safe) and went fishing every day. One caught a 3 foot shark! The pool was perfect! We had Leslie heat it and it was such a nice place to chillax. I highly recommend this home. You can’t go wrong!

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect size, layout and overall location for our family. We were provided with everything we needed and more! Entertaining 5 kids under the age of 10 is a job!! But between the pool, games, biking and location to the beach… there was no time to be bored! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Birthday Getaway for a Family Celebration!

I took my mom to Savannah and Tybee Island for her 60th birthday and surprised her with her sister and sisters-in-law. It was her first time experiencing both a flight and the ocean, and she loved every minute of it! This house was everything we dreamed of and more. The location was perfect, and one of the biggest highlights was how comfortably it accommodated all eight of us. It was also the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in as a group. We can’t say enough good things about this house and will definitely be back for another visit!

Fantastic spot

This place is beautiful and a really comfortable size for a bigger group (we had 6 adults and 1 baby). Really nice amenities from the pool to bikes to a lower level rec area. Also thought the location was great. Convenient to everything on the island but a bit of a quieter end of things. My entire group was eager to come back before we even left.
