The views are beautiful and the rental is very spacious for 2\. Very quiet, peaceful, and you can hear the ocean at night. The location is awesome if you like quiet, but good access to shops and restaurants. The only negative was the beach gear and bicycles provided...most all were in poor condition or broken. The garage door opener button also worked sporadically, but were later told that the garage access was not part of the rental. The deck off of the living room is good for beach watching but all of the paint is peeling off of the trex boards and tracks onto the carpet every time someone walks in One bathroom counter was dirty when we arrived, and one toilet ran excessively because the float is broken.
