Vacasa was easy to set up and get the trip booked but beyond that they were terrible to work with when we realized our place had an ant infestation. They were contacted many time about the issue with the expectation they would send someone out to take care of the issue or relocate. No maintenance, no response, and then to top it all of they did nothing about it at the end. I had to fight for a partial credit after hours on the phone. The location is absolutely perfect. We loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful views. You are literally steps from the beach, which we enjoyed every day. It is located on the northern end of the beach, which is much quieter than the south end. The condo is clean and adequately equipped with everything you need. The check-in process was very easy and the host checked in on us during our stay. The condo is somewhat dated, but we would definitely stay again!! ##### Michelle T.
