This three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium is bright and open with sliding doors that lead from the living area to the private balcony outside, with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for watching the sun come up from the comfort of your private balcony. The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and features a 50-inch Smart-TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 3 barstools. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and includes everything you need to take on your favorite meals while away from home. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a 40-inch TV and DVD player and French doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room has a King-size bed, and the second Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a TV with a DVD player. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well. Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Very nice place and convenient to the beach. Rental agency was very helpful, except we didn't get a checkout checklist and was not sure on what to do. The master shower door on the inside needs some detailed cleaning. Black substance at door bottom. Maybe floors could be cleaned (moped) between customers. Overall great place to stay.
The weather was beautiful and the walls on the beach were great. Found lots of seashells, saw dolphins and the resturants where we ate were good. The down side was the elevator was down our entire stay, so we could not leave the condo as much as we would like because my 90 year old mother could not walk up and down the stairs easily.
Stay was very nice. We had a few concerns but they were immediately resolved when we contacted our property management team. Had the weather been a bit warmer our stay would have been perfect.
Wow! Was our first impression of this beautiful condo! Has everything that you need for your stay. Very clean, roomy and everyone had their own space. You can tell that the owners and vacation rental company take pride in their rentals. We were here for my youngest son’s wedding so there was 8 of us in the family that stayed here. Everybody was very impressed. We will definitely be back and using Tybee Vacation Rentals again. Thanks Ashley for all your help indeed.

Overall great.
The first issue was when we called to see if we could do an early check-in… The guy said no which I get, but he failed to mention that the gate for the parking lot was down. That took us a minute to figure out. When we tried to call the rental agency to ask about the gate being down and how do we park no one then picked up. It probably would’ve been helpful at the time when we first called if he had mentioned that and explained how to find an alternative place to park. Also, it states online that the pool is open from 10 AM to 10 PM. My girls were kicked out at 9 PM every day and told that’s how it is. The doors to the patio were hard to lock. Otherwise it was fine for what it was. It was a good location to the beach. Bring all of your own supplies, other VRBO I’ve stayed at had coffee and such offered to guest. This place did not.Beds were fine and it was clean.

Let Down
We were so excited for this trip.
Upon arrival we thought the condo was spacious and nice.
Soon though we realized all of our feet were black from dirty floors, fans had not been cleaned.
The 2nd king size bed in the back bedroom made a horrible crunchy sound every time the mattress was touched- mgt said it was a mattress protector- it wasn't. It was a horrible cheap box spring that crinkled and made noises when touched, moved on, rolled over anything. The couple that was supposed to sleep on this bed couldn't be due to the noise created when trying to roll over.
The mattress in the master room was lumpy, old and dirty feeling. It felt like sleeping on a sack of potatoes.
There was a prominent smell of pee near the couches.
The door from the living room to the balcony had a broken door handle and wouldn't stay shut. Maintenance tried to tighten but it was loose again before the end of the day. This made using and keeping the door shut difficOne night we had to push a table up against it from the outside to keep it shut. The balcony doors from the master room were missing parts. The door that should remain stationary had no lock parts and this caused both doors to fly open unexpectedly.
We were informed the hot tub broke on Friday- when we left on Tuesday it still had not been fixed. The pool was freezing and too cold to enjoy.
The rinse off stations were hard to find the one by did not work well. the 2nd entrance to the pool was ghetto rigged to stay close and unusable.
We had a great time visiting Tybee. The property was everything we expected. Unfortunately the elevator malfunctioned with five of our family members three small children in it. .Unfortunately, the elevator malfunctioned with five of our family members, three small children, in it for 25 minutes. They need to have a better plan in place when something like this happens. Our unit was very nice however one of the beds is really in bad shape and needs to be replaced. But other than that location is great and we had a great time.
306 was very clean, well appointed and beds were comfortable. Location was great! The only issue was the noise from the plumbing. Lots of loud banging and creaking. Property management was very responsive, but the issue was not able to be resolved during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the plumbing is fixed.

The location was great and the pool nice. However, the unit had a water pump (we believe) problem. Each time the water was used a loud vibrating sound like a fog horn occurred (sink, shower, toilet, washer or dishwasher). It made for a very unrelaxing time in the unit. Calls to Tybee Rental advised us it was an HOA/Owner issue. They were to call us back with a solution or advisement one repair. We did not receive a call back even when we called again. I would not rent this unit again unless written confirmation was provided that the issue was fixed.

Oh my goodness, the Condo was gorgeous and we had a great long weekend! Honestly we did not encounter any problems, the amenities are wonderful, and appreciated the great location. Will definitely be back, condo 306 is wonderfully decorated, plenty of space for a group of people & worth the cost!
Found the property online using VRBO and it was wonderful!!! From ease of check in, parking, and the ocean view was spectacular! A block away from the beach and easy walk to everything! All 7 of us loved it plus our dog could enjoy it too! The place was clean, pools were wonderful and the community was pretty quiet! Will definitely recommend and stay again!! Brass Rail 306 was awesome!!

Wonderful stay this weekend! Loved the close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part was the balcony that has a side view of the ocean! The interior of the condo was very recently updated and looked like a five-star resort. The property also had two large pools and a jacuzzi that was never overcrowded. Overall, would recommend this property to anyone!

We love coming to Tybee Island, so much more laid back then the Carolina’s beach towns & convenient to Savannah, only 20 minutes. This was our 2nd stay in this unit & probably our 4th or 5th stay at Brass Rail complex. We like the gated parking deck, makes parking simple especially on weekends when the daily visitors come in. Brass Rail is only a block off the beach. Other amenities include a great pool, hot tub & elevators. This unit has been remodeled since our last stay, very nice upgrades, clean & neat. No issues, cold AC, fast internet, cable TV, jacuzzi bath tub in the master. We loved it.
