  • Welcome to unit 302—your perfect home-away-from-home. This top-floor, 3-bedroom, 2 ½-bath condo is designed for relaxation, featuring beautiful coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and a front-row seat to the ocean from your private balcony. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach, that salty air and ocean view are exactly what the doctor ordered.

    Highlights of Your Stay

    • Living & Dining: The spacious living area features a 50" flat-screen TV, a pull-out sofa, and double French doors leading to the balcony. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the granite bar.

    • Fully Appointed Kitchen: Equipped with all modern appliances and beautiful granite countertops for all your cooking needs.

    • Rest & Relax:

    • Master Suite: King bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The ensuite bath features a separate Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.

    • Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

    • Bedroom 3: Twin beds, perfect for the kids.

    • Convenience: We feature bamboo and tile flooring throughout, plus a dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

    Location & Logistics

    PLEASE NOTE: The building elevator is currently out of service. Guests will need to use the stairs. We have discounted our rates by 15% to accommodate this inconvenience.

    We are perfectly positioned just 100 yards from the beach, within easy walking distance to Tybee’s Historic Pier, local restaurants, and signature shops. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from the charm of Historic Savannah, River Street, and City Market.

    • Accessibility Note: The building offers an elevator for easy access to the pool and covered parking. However, please be aware that the elevator is not always available and is subject to periodic maintenance. As we do not manage the building's infrastructure, we cannot guarantee its operation. If elevator access is essential for your stay, please keep this in mind prior to booking.

    • House Rules: This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

    • Local Hosts: This is our second home, and since we live just minutes away, we are always just a phone call away if you need anything at all.
