On Tybee Island's northern tip, your dream vacation home awaits. This family-friendly home is ideal for gathering your active family or a group of close friends for some outdoor sun and fun! This home is only a few steps from the beach and has stunning views of the bay from its two levels of outdoor decks. Swim and relax in the sun with an all-new heated pool and patio area, which includes a 16'W X 26'L X 4' deep swimming pool. Tybee evenings can be rounded out with a gathering around the outdoor firepit. The home's main living level is on the second floor. The living room opens onto a large deck with outdoor dining. For entertainment, there is a sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted TV with a Bluetooth soundbar in the living room. The open dining and kitchen area is a great place to socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two seats at the breakfast bar. The dining table can seat up to ten people. This main level also includes a bedroom (bedroom 4) with two double beds and an attached full bathroom, which is also accessible via the hall. The top level of the home features a beautifully appointed main bedroom suite. You will not want to leave the room as you gaze over the Savannah River and watch ships pass by, watch dolphins play, and seabirds dive into the water. The bedroom has a King-size bed, with convenient charging ports on the bedside tables. There is an attached bonus room, Bedroom 2, with a twin-over-double bunk bed. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful all-new walk-in shower with dual vanities. Bedroom 3, on the third level is furnished with a King Size bed and also has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The home's ground level has everything you need to fully enjoy Tybee's coastal weather! There is a seating area on the covered porch, as well as an impressive hot and cold outdoor shower with a foot wash. Relax with a cold beverage around the firepit after a long day of beachcombing and swimming. The garage has undergone major updates and includes a foosball table and ping pong table. A pathway leading over dunes to the quiet beaches of Tybee's north end leads to the shared beach. The beach on the north end has a very natural beach setting; it is tranquil and serene. The Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean here. The beautiful white sand beach is reached via a soft sand path. Spend your days strolling along the beach while large ships pass through the channel. This is an excellent location for birdwatching and watching dolphin pods play in their natural habitat. This home offers in-home WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is a Level 2 EV charger available for guest use. Please note: There is active construction at a nearby property. This house has potential to be better than it is! There are definitely things that need to be addressed, it seems the up keep on the property isn’t that good. Doors not closing whether it be bathroom doors or cabinets! We actually had to call and have them hang a mirror back up in the downstairs bathroom, it was leaned up against the wall! The blinds i. One of the upstairs bedrooms had black electrical tape on them, they had been ripped or something but it was extremely tacky and looked awful! And they shouldn’t even tell about the ping pong table or fuse ball table in the garage, not only is it hot but it is also stinky and dark! They should remove those games and let people park their cars in there! This house is in a perfect location. Less than a 2 min walk to the beach so it was very easy to walk my young son back and forth. There were lots of outdoor entertaining options on the outside of the property. The management company texted and emailed lots of information before, during and after the trip. We will never book with Tybee Vacation Rentals again! Stayed at “Beach Diggs” last year and had a wonderful time. So much so, we booked the same location this year. After a hot, 9 hour drive, my kids were super excited to jump in the pool. At 4:30 pm, we arrived and saw the pond out back. Green, cloudy, filthy water. I’m not joking, my daughter pulled a live frog out of it. The pool was disgusting and unusable. We called, texted and e-mailed Tybee Vacation Rentals. Struggled to get anyone to answer our queries! They finally did and said they would fix the pool right away. That was a lie. It didn’t happen Saturday or Sunday. They came Monday evening. The pool cleaning vendor that finally arrived told me it was in bad shape and would require more time to clean. We were able to use the pool on Wednesday night, our last night at the property. Numerous rentals close by that were significantly less expensive but we wanted the pool. WE WERE ROBBED. I would caution you not to book with Tybee Vacation Rentals. Once they have your cash, they couldn’t care less about your stay! Great living room and outdoor space. Bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. The pool was perfect for hot summer days. The beach was great for dipping and sunsets. We went to Tybee Island for a family girls trip and the house accommodated all eight of us comfortably, was very clean and well kept, and decorated with the cutest beach decor! The location of the house to the beach as well as the shops, market/bars in Tybee was perfect for our trip, and it was an easy 25 minutes away from gorgeous Savannah. It was perfect! Not crowded at all, and blue skies without airplane lines blurring the skies. Rented bikes, jet skies, kayaks, watched sunsets right off the upper porch and steps away on the beach. All the shops and restaurant are open and practicing safety rules. Favorite was the deep sea fishing trip with Miss Judy. The space was perfect! 3 girls in one bedroom 3 boys in the other, and a king bed suite for us. Every bedroom has their own bathroom. Beds are comfortable! We had a fire in the pit one night and played a game of volleyball. We extended our stay for another night because we didn’t want to leave. ##### penny m. My family of 5 + 2 grandparents stayed here to enjoy some beach time and visit Savannah. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The beach access was very convenient (only one house from the beach). The beach was beautiful and very quiet. We saw TONS of dolphins! The house has a great location and some parts are updated BUT there’s so much that needs repair or maintenance. We rented the first of April, this early in the season we were very surprised at how dirty things were in general. It was our spring break weekend, and while everyone was partying (St. Patrick's day) in Savannah, we were enjoying the serenity of hanging out in Tybee. Beach digs has so many pluses, I cannot list then all here.
