Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Only suggestions would be to update the beds, provide more towels (washcloths and hand towels) in bathrooms and perhaps a bigger water heater. We had a group of 5 adult friends wanting a relaxing weekend on the beach while being close enough to get into the city...and we got it!
