Property mirrored the pictures and was spacious. Easy walk to the beach as advertised. Coffee Pot was broken, but the biggest pain point was the unit above was over populated and had 6 cars making it difficult to come and go. Even though the rules said each unit was allowed two. You could hear the heavy walking and loud talking the entire time at all hours.

The management company said the would respond to my issue in 24 hours but never responded at all. I also left my backpack and talked to the host. He said he would call me back as soon as they retrieved it. Again, no phone call. Thankfully, I was able to trace my backpack through Find My because my tablet was in the backpack. It was at their office but again they NEVER CALLED! The property was noisy due to the guests upstairs. They were pretty loud and in addition, they had a dog that ran around all night and cried whenever the guests were out. The reason I reached out the 1st night was due to an issue with the keypad. It took several minutes for us to get in because the keypad wouldn’t light up. We were concerned that it was because of the batteries so we were afraid to lock it whenever we left. Despite the poor service, we still had an enjoyable time with my family!

be prepared to hear EVERY noise the people make above you. And if its spring and its prom time be aware of at least 25 or more kids above you up all night having a blast!. We are older and tried to be fair but the rental group doesn't follow their own rules. So no we won’t be back.
