Bryn Bach is tucked away on a quiet private lane in the village of Llanfaelog, this one-bedroom annexe sits in a genuinely peaceful spot with wide open views. Floor-to-ceiling French doors and windows flood the space with natural light and make the most of the countryside setting. Inside, the open-plan living space is comfortable and cosy. There's a wood-burner for cooler evenings, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for everything from a proper breakfast to a picnic packed for the day ahead. The king-size bedroom is quiet, and the bathroom has a shower over bath. The real draw here is the location. Step outside and you're already on the doorstep of some brilliant walking, the Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr is around 15 minutes on foot through the fields, with the beach just beyond. The lake is equally accessible, straight from the door. It's worth wearing sturdy footwear. RAF Valley is just a couple of miles away, and if you've never watched a fighter jet take off at close range, it's quite something, there's even a viewing spot just beyond Rhosneigr worth seeking out. The hot tub and patio area are for quieter evenings after a long day out rather than a manicured spa experience. This is a rural hideaway, and it feels like one. Bryn Bach is good value, honestly priced, and in a location that consistently surprises guests. If wide skies, peaceful lanes and easy access to the coast is what you're after, it delivers. One car parking directly in front of the property.
Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.
Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

Our Easter Break with Storm David
We arrived to a lovely property but no kindling & no firelighters so no way of making a fire but customer services told us where to get some from, also the log burner was not cleaned out, the fence post was broken and swaying in the wind and the hot tub did not look very clean so we did not use it and it also felt unsafe in the garden with the broken fence which broke even more with storm david.
The bed was very comfy, the bedroom needs a small wardrobe, the cooker hood has one light bulb broken and the knobs were very loose and unsecure for the hob we did not use the dishwasher as that was unsafe as its not fixed to the kitchen cupboard.
the property needs a lot of TLC for you to charge the price you do.

Lovely peaceful hideaway.
Really lovely break at Bryn Bach. Cosy accommodation, beautifully clean with everything we needed for a short break. Fabulous views over the fields and three horses just outside to keep us company.
Great walks with the dog straight from the accommodation down to the beach and the sand dunes he loved it.
We didn’t manage to use the wood fired hot tub as it took too long to fill and heat up but that was ok.
Would definitely come again and recommend to all.

Wonderful place to stay
On arrival, we found the cottage spotlessly clean and warm. There was also a welcome pack including tea, coffee and milk which was great after our journey from Scotland. Everything was in working order and we had no need to contact customer service as everything was perfect

Perfect retreat
We stayed at Bryn Bach for 2 weeks and we could not have wished for anywhere better. The location was perfect and the accommodation was amazing. Very well equipped with an extra comfortable bed. The added bonus of a hot tub was the icing on the cake. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and could not do enough for you. We will definitely return.

Another perfect stay ……
This was the third time that we stayed at Bryn Bach and everything was just perfect. The accommodation is fresh, clean and stylish, with a super comfy bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome pack is a lovely touch - even leaving throws and a towel for our dog. The outside space is a real bonus and sun trap, with the added feature of a wood fired hot tub. You are a 10 minute lakeside walk to the Oyster Catcher bar/restaurant. A little piece of heaven!!

Excellent short stay
Absolutely lovely few days away at Bryn Bach.
Lovely location and the little touches on arrival were unexpected but much appreciated. Wine, milk, Welsh biscuits, fresh coffee and cheese and biscuits! What a lovely touch!
It was also nice to see the essentials like washing up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc were also provided, so often they’re not at holiday properties like this.
The bed was also so comfortable and the hot tub was such a treat to lie back and watch the stars at the end of the day!
Would highly recommend this lovely place.

A lovey weekend away
We had a lovely weekend break at Bryn Bach with our little dog. We take her away frequently, and having an enclosed outdoor area is a game changer.
We were welcomed with lights on in the property and heating going so it was welcoming and warm. The home is well equipped for 2 people and a dog. There is a dedicated area for dog food bowls and despite being a small property, it’s very well laid out and nicely decorated. Very comfy sofa and bed, and the fire was beautiful! The hot tub was a good size and we enjoyed it, but with any open fire it does take a good few hours to get going and warm the water so be patient and get plenty of wood - but it is worth the commitment.
We visited Rhosneigr, and while there’s not loads to do, there’s a selection of local cafes and pubs and access to beaches, and a big supermarket and shopping centre only 15 minutes away. The highlight for us was the Oyster Catcher restaurant (also dog friendly) and walking through the dunes at dusk.
We were a little unsure of where to park and hope we didn’t cause a nuisance where we had parked our car.
Thanks for a lovely stay

Bryn Bach
Really enjoyed our recent stay, but there are a few points , that needed raising . Far too much unnecessary clutter throughout venue . We counted 17 cushions, and pillows . Unable to operate the hot plates on cooker . Rang up customer services first thing on Monday morning, the lady said she would get back to me, still waiting, so unable to cook anything . The information booklet was unreadable due to water damage . The so called hot tub was a waste of time . Takes about 2 hours to get going, then barely warm . The road / track to venue is very tight and bumpy . Would have been helpful if a map was available to show local footpaths. Got shouted at from owners stating the field we entered was private . Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Far too many cups and crockery . For a one bedroom, there was enough for 10 people . Having made my criticism, had a very enjoyable stay and would return . Very quiet, and peaceful, great place to recharge.

Wonderful spot. Cabin was a lovely stay away from home.
Had a fantastic stay. Lots of pluses about this place!!
Excellent space, clean, modern, bright. Well presented in a rural location.
Very well equipped, found everything we needed, plus a welcome pack including tea, coffee, biccies, wash liquid, soap, loo rolls etc. Doggy cushion and towel provided.
Slept like a baby, the bed and linen extremely comfortable. Nice dark, quiet room.
Our dog was very happy with it too, lovely floor to ceiling patio doors and a window in the kitchen with feeding station so they can also enjoy the view. Really lovely
TV good, Smart with usual apps and Netflix.
Plenty of hot water, heating good, warms up very quickly. We adjusted with the thermostat, but also the radiator valves. There was one day when we came back and it was cold and couldn't get it to come on. We called the office and they were great. Sorted out very quickly and sent a maintenance guy out within 20 mins and it was fixed.
We loved the location. We were unsure about which way and where we were allowed to walk. The owner very helpful and friendly gave us the options to walk towards the lake, both straight from the door. It's just a 15 minute stroll to The Oyster Catcher. Following up through he sand dunes, the beach is just beyond. Muddy boots could be needed for this, however.
A little map may be helpful to be provided for people who stay.
It's worth mentioning about the RAF base which is only a couple of miles away. We enjoyed watching the planes. There are a lot, and it can be loud as many are jets. There's an area you can drive to just beyond Rhosneigr which allows you to view the run way for take off and landings. This is quite something! The beach just 10 mins walk along the track from there is absolutely stunning!!
There are a couple of downsides we found with the property, that are worth mentioning.
The rear outside space is small, which was fine for us. But it needs a bit of work, fence, sloping top step. The view is lovely from the cabin, but unless standing, once descended the steps the fence blocks the view.
The hot tub didn't look very appealing, and given it requires a bit of effort to fill and heat, we weren't tempted.
The sofa has seen better days, we used the big flat cushions to sit on, but it really needs an upgrade. Very low, and no cushioning and slopes towards the centre, so not comfortable or supportive.
I know the ownership has just changed hands so potentially this will be rectified in due course.
Lastly, and perhaps just an oversight. There were a number of poos in the gravel in the small fenced area at the front of the property. A few days worth in varying stages of decomposition. So not the most pleasant thing to arrive to, as had to pick it all up as had trodden into one that hasn't seen.
Overall though, this is a great property, we loved our stay. And thought it was extremely good value for money.

A great weekend away
We had a great time staying at the property. It was clean and very charming. The welcome card and pack was very much appreciated. We had a great time on the tiky tab in the garden. If you use it give yourself at least 2 hours for.the fire to warm the water but when done , bathing under the stars was something different. Another property on the short list for us to come back to.

May Stay at Bryn Bach
Loved my stay at Bryn Bach. It was in a peaceful setting looking out over fields with bird song (and jets) and large floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of light. Very clean and modern with a "hygge" feel to it. Spacious and well thought out, it had everything needed for a cosy stay on the Isle of Anglesey. A great base to explore from. Which I did!
Rhosneigr beach is just a short walk away and also worth an amble around Lake Maelog which is just minutes away from the door.
I didn't use the hot tub so I can't comment on that, but the place is lovely and I would definately stay here again.
Fabulous "Welcome Pack" from Anglesey Lettings as always!
Great little place to stay . Wonderful location .The only things I would say is the hot tub needs a cover to stop flies in stagnant water and the track to the property is quite rough .

Week away.
This cottage is lovely. Cosy, clean and well equipped. Located in a quiet spot but within easy short walk of beach and amenities. Relaxing get away from it all place.
This is a good property if you want a rural location, and we did, and also really good for several local beaches and easy access to the main dual carriageway. There is a local shop and the Oyster Catcher nearby. The only reason I haven't given the "overall" rating a 5 is a) I can’t do 4.8 and b) because the kitchen equipment could be improved with a hob compatible larger casserole, a frying pan rather than small skillets, and some serving spoons. But we would definitely return.

Cottage for 2
Had an excellent few days away at Bryn Bach. Superb cottage, excellent decor with such attention to detail, facilities including hot tub were great and location wise was just perfect for a romantic break away. Communication with the letting agent was fast and reliable and could not have wanted anything more for our first stay on Anglesey. Would love to stay again soon
