The modern kitchen includes a dining table for six and an air fryer, giving you more options for convenient meals. The cosy living room has two comfy sofas and a large flat-screen TV. Gas central heating throughout ensures comfort and cosiness in any season. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the cute patio furnished with a bench table and chairs at the rear of Kittiwake Cottage. There is also a handy decked changing area with space to store your surfboard, paddleboard, or beach gear, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Access to the back patio is through the front door and round to the side of the property. The back area is enclosed for privacy and safety, perfect for kids and your furry friends. There is off-road parking for a car at Kittiwake and the use of an EV charger, additional parking can be found nearby. The cottage was so comfortable and in a great position for reaching the beach, restaurants and shops in Rhosneigr. The outdoor shower area was so useful after a trip to the beach and was a suntrap in the evening to sit out and eat dinner. Rhosneigr itself is lovely - stunning beach, fairly quiet but with a nice atmosphere and a few great places to eat and drink although you need to book if you go in a busy week in August. ##### Elizabeth M. The location was perfect, especially considering you still have a parking space at the property, and we were particularly impressed to see that the cottage had been decorated for Christmas too! All round we had an excellent stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future, just perhaps not in the height of summer when it might be a little more noisy being so close to 2 pubs. We have marked the comfort rating as a 4 only because we do find that double beds impact our sleep, but we knew this before we booked. The outdoor shower was a godsend for both my son after surfing and our dog. No more sandy hallway. The sofa in the kitchen was a fab new edition, a great family space. The dyson in the kitchen doesn't seem to hold any charge anymore, thought you should know. It didn't matter as we used the other in the cupboard. Thanks again. A few minutes walk from the beach, shop and pub/restaurants. Cottage was nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious and welcome pack great! Our couple of queries were dealt with quickly and promptly. Very central location and parking space big enough for good sized estate car. Enjoyed the stay, would book property again. Only a couple of mintes to the beach which our dog Dylan loved. We had a lovely holiday despite the awful weather for July. We are planning to book again soon. The sun shone from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The cottage was brilliant. So spacious. Perfect location. Lovely village with loads of amenities. We went to the beach every day which is a stones throw away from the property. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back to stay in this perfect location. ##### Wendy B. With the lounge & kitchen upstairs, there was lots of light. All we needed for a couple of nights away at the beginning of March. Lovely and warm, plenty of hot water and all the essentials provided with tea towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap etc and a small welcome pack of biscuits, milk, cheese crackers. Thank you! The location is literally a 30 second walk to the Main Street in Rhosneiger with its restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach . The parking space is also really handy as parking would be tricky without. The cottage itself has been renovated to a really high standard. The furnishings, bedding, decor, is faultless. We received a very generous welcome hamper, which was much appreciated. The only slight negative is the heating which is pre-set. We found that the cottage was very cold during the day and it would’ve been nice to be able to put the heating on manually,rather than having to wait for the set time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book in the future. ##### Nicola R.
