Spring Tide is a freshly decorated and refurbished detached two-storey home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Rhosneigr village, just a short walk from the beach. The spacious, light, and modern home features an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. The living room is furnished with plenty of lounging space, perfect for cosy family nights with a Smart TV. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a Magimix coffee machine. A dining table seats eight, ideal for family meals or summer garden picnics. A large utility room with a washing machine offers space to hang wet suits or raincoats. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom (dubbed the ‘blue room') with a TV and USB sockets, perfect for children and teenagers. A king-size bedroom (the ‘green room') with USB sockets too, completing the accommodation on the lower level is a downstairs toilet and sink. Upstairs the first-floor hallway splits left and right, to the left is a twin bedroom and to the right is the master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and sea view. Upstairs also features a shared family bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Spring Tide boasts an ample sized lawned garden that wraps around the house, providing a great space for kids and pets to play. There is parking for two cars on the driveway. Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. House was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could think of and plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc. Garden was enclosed and safe for both pup and our 2.5 year Lab - girls had plenty of space to run around. Could do with a wider path as gas cylinders are stored on the path and take up quite a lot of room - have to step out on to grass and I found this to be bit uneven and had partially hidden stumps and rocks and, even with a torch, it was especially hard to see these when it had gone dark and girls outside having last toilet break. The driveway is very narrow but can fit 3 cars. I am pleased to say that the large hole at the side of the driveway has now been filled since our previous stay. The house is clean and has 4 good sized bedrooms. The open plan living area is well layed out and the kitchen is well equipped, although we did have issues using the oven, and the microwave has a mind of its own which did cause some frustration. This was reported to the booking agent. The garden and patio area is a nice place to have a barbecue although you will have to provide your own. All in all a comfortable house to stay close to the beach and local shops ideal for exploring Anglesey. One year on from our last stay some wear and tear is starting to show and please sort out the crazy microwave and food burning oven. The house is so stylish, everything is brand new and every detail has been thought of from board games, to outdoor showers post beach to a den where kids can watch their movies whilst adults can relax in the main lounge area. The location is a one minute walk from the beach and (small) town centre and a fantastic sand dune filled walk in the opposite direction to another beach and the infamous Oyster Catcher restaurant. Can't recommend Spring Tide highly enough. Book it quick, it's a new listing and I'm sure it will be very popular. ##### Freya C. Beaches are so close the kids even managed to carry the SUP there without much groaning!
