Morwennol: Rhosneigr 5 bed pet-friendly beach holiday home, sea views

No need to bag the sea view bedroom, every room has one!

Check In: 4pm | Check Out: 10am

Enjoying an outstanding position close to the centre of Rhosneigr and just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach, five-bedroom Morwennol is ideal for extended family and friend groups who want to enjoy quality time together in a beautiful holiday home.

The sound of the waves and the sea views make Morwennol a truly magical holiday home. What's more, a short and gentle stroll up Beach Road will take you directly to the village clock and Rhosneigr high street with a wonderful selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The property has been recently updated and an extension was added to the main living room and master bedroom, which has enhanced both size and calibre of the interior. In fact, sleeping up to 10 guests, Morwennol boasts plenty of space inside and out.

What you should know: Morwennol is pet-friendly allowing up to three well-behaved dogs. There is one en suite bedroom on the ground floor for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

Downstairs Living

Between the extended living room and large kitchen diner, there is so much space downstairs for families to spread out and relax.

The double living room is furnished with enough sofas and armchairs for everyone and with a wall of patio doors and windows looking out to the garden, this is a wonderfully bright and sunny room.

There is a log burner for cosy autumn and winter stays and a large flat-screen TV for those days when you just want to chill out with a cup of tea and your favourite series.

If you prefer to hang out in the kitchen, you'll love Morwennol. Its ample kitchen stretches down to a wonderful dining area which also features a log burner. It's the perfect space to cook, chat, enjoy a glass of wine and each other's company in relaxed surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for you to share cooking chores without getting in each other's way.

Sleeping arrangements

Morwennol has five lovely bedrooms all with sea views.

Downstairs, we find the first en suite double bedroom. Tucked away at the back of the property, the bedroom is very private and features a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy the views and a TV. It's an ideal bedroom for grandparents who want a space of their own or for guests who have difficulty with stairs. It features French doors which lead out to the garden and make the bedroom bright and airy.

The large en suite bathroom features both a free-standing 6ft bath and a walk-in shower.

On the first floor there are four further bedrooms:

The master bedroom has been recently extended and boasts outstanding views to the sea. The bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite shower room.

There is a further king-sized bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have delightful sea views.

Bathrooms

There is no shortage of bathrooms at Morwennol. Downstairs, you will find a stylish and shower room, perfect for showering off the sand when you come in from a day at the beach.

Upstairs there is a family shower room and a further bathroom which brings the bathroom count to an impressive five, including the en suites.

A garden for leisure

The fabulous, walled garden has plenty of room for a fun game of tag, bat and ball or just a quiet snooze in the sun. The patio wraps around the front and side of the house and has plenty of space for a family barbecue dinner. And as the kitchen leads out to the patio, it's easy to bring food out and plates back in!

There is a pretty decked and pebbled area to the back of the house, which is the perfect sun and wind trap for when you want a quiet place to read outdoors.

The Nitty Gritty
Morwennol accepts up to three well-behaved pets. Outside there is parking for three cars in the private driveway. This property provides one travel cot and one high-chair only - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen. On arrival you will receive a complimentary welcome pack with a few essentials to get your holiday started the right way.

Who is Morwennol for?

Sleeping 10 guests in five bedrooms, Morwennol is ideal for multi-generational family or friend groups who want to be close to the beach and centre of Rhosneigr village. The property is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and with a double bedroom suite downstairs, it's also suitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

Family 80th birthday
A fabulous house for our family gathering for my husband’s 80th birthday. The barbecue area was ideal and the fly over by Red Arrows as he cut the cake was something else!! It was well equipped to cater for a large party. The views were fabulous and the new rooms a real asset. The shower room on the ground floor was very useful. There were a few teething problems after the building work but we had a prompt response. There were however a couple of issues. There was a lot of dog dirt in the barbecue area on our arrival which we had to clear up before we could use it. A couple of people fell on the steps on the decking( not inebriated!) It is difficult to see the edges of the steps . Also the step coming out of the suite into the kitchen has the same problem. It would be a good idea to put some visible tape on them.
